Podsumowanie panelu:
1. Reformy wymiaru sprawiedliwości muszą opierać się na dialogu środowisk prawniczych z obywatelami.
2. Poszanowanie podstawowych praw człowieka oraz wartości konstytucyjnych jest nieprzekraczalną granicą. Prawa te opierają się na niezbywalnej godności każdego człowieka i znalazły potwierdzenie w akcie najwyższego rzędu, przyjętym przez społeczeństwo, jako fundament państwa.
3. Przedmiotem troski polityków powinien być szacunek do orzeczeń sądowych wydawanych w imieniu naszego państwa, na podstawie prawa. Niszczenie autorytetu sądów uderza w całe państwo i niszczy konieczny w społeczeństwie szacunek do państwa.
4. Niezawisły sędzia jest gwarantem działania władzy państwowej zgodnie z prawem i równości szans słabszych w starciu z silniejszymi.
5. Za celowy uznajemy udział społeczeństwa w wydawaniu orzeczeń i procedurze wyłaniania kandydatów na członków KRS. Procedura ta powinna być nie polityczna, lecz obywatelska.

Summary of the panel:
1) Reforms of the system of justice have to be based on a dialogue of legal communities with citizens.
2) Respect for fundamental human rights and constitutional values is an unsurpassable borderline. Those rights are based on inalienable dignity of every man and are confirmed in the act of the highest order adopted by society and the foundation of the state.
3) Respect for court orders passed in the name of our state on the basis of the law should be a matter of concern for politicians. Devastation of the authority of courts is harmful to the state at large and destroys socially indispensable respect for the state.
4) Independent judges are guarantors of the functioning of the state authority in accordance with the law and equal opportunities of the weaker in arguments with the stronger.
It is considered advisable that the representatives of the public take part in passing judgments and the procedure of selecting candidates for members of the National Council of the Judiciary. The procedure should be civic rather than political in nature.
